What species of moss are you using? And what type of rock?
It's Xmas moss, artificial rock
Christmas moss will attach to objects over time... how is the texture of your artificial rock? If its too smooth, the moss may not be able to grip on properly... best would be those objects with rough jagged porous surfaces like lava rocks.
If your artificial rock is not rough or porous enough, you can try using those hair nets and wrap the moss on the rocks with those, the moss will attach onto the fibers of the net.
Seems something wrong with the hair net?
once put it in the tank the fishes become stagnant
Brand new net bro
i remove the net and after awhile they start to swim !!
If all else fails you could just use cotton string, fishing line or even super glue. Either one of these would do just fine.

In my opinion, mosses do not "stick" or adhere to surface that easily. One month may not be a long enough time to make a conclusion. This is especially so when you are talking about the entire clump.
I use those media netting sold at N.A to wrap my fissidens on rocks and they are slightly elastic. So far so good.
What's N.A ?
My bad, Nature Aquarium at thomson/blastier area.
What super glue to use? Wouldn't it be toxic to the fishes?
I tried those brush type sold at Daiso, works great and fishes were alive and well.
Can I know what's bush type? You have a photo of it?
Super glue is usually inert once its fully cured, so they are usable in aquariums with most livestock (unless you have super sensitive fauna, then better to just use other methods).
Here is the super glue from Daiso that i use for attaching plants to objects:
The best ones to use are those gel or jelly types which form a blob (instead of normal types which tend to flow all over the place), this enables it to stay in shape while curing to keep the plants attached securely to objects.
Note that using super glue for attaching moss can be quite tricky, you'll need to use very tiny dots of super glue and take extra care when attaching the moss, or else the super glue will end up smearing around and eventually cure into an unsightly layer of white residue, then the moss will look like someone sprayed frosting on them.
