    White spots on Tetra on planted tanks.

    Hi Guys,

    Can advice what should i do?

    Can i add the "white spots blue lotion" or " yellow powder for white spots" to my planted tanks?

    Not sure whether it will kills the plants.

    Any suggestion?

    if its ich go increase the temperature to ard 30 degrees celsius...then add a bit of salt ..ard 1 teaspoon per 5-10 gallons of water..this should kill the waterborne ich...anyway if u are using medication..use less that the prescribe dosage..just a bit will do

    I used Mardel's coppersafe med, didn;t affect my plants that much. The ich was gone after a week with the medication. I medicated for 2 weeks just to be sure.

    sorry. what type of salt? fish salt or cooking salt you are talking about?
