    Hi All,

I have some high fin red platty and some swordtails in my planted tank. I wonder if they do cross bred? Because my pregnant platty seem to produce some babies with black rear fins.

Also some of them (about 5%) have no colour, as in clear, though they retain the features/shape of platty fishes. Are they albino? or will they develope to red when they mature.

I wish to post a photo or two, but have no idea how. Please advise me or refer me to previous posts?

    Thanks!
