    Anybody care to share some of the tips n ways to keep these aquatic plants?? Any special requirements tat i need to look into??

    they are fairly easy plants to grow, under sufficient light and co2

    thanks... Anyway how ya determine sufficient light?? My japonica n glosso r house in a 1 ft tank. Illuminated by a 11 watt n 27 watt daylight tube... Is tat enuf?? Some of my glosso tend to grow upward while some send runners along the tank, why is this so??

    please have a read through the FAQs, use the search function, articles in AQ and tank calculator to help yourself. As simon said, enough CO2 and light are the most important factors, for ALL plants.

    anything above 2 watts per gal is good, but some members provide more.. you have to help them anchor themselves by pushing those growing upwards down
