Green tetra or Neon tetra

Hi guys, can anyone tell me if these are green tetra or neon tetra? Got from Seaview. The more I look at it, the more it looks like neon tetras.

They are neon tetras, green tetras don't have that red stripe and cardinals have the red stretching throughout their body
