surface skimmer increase oxygen level in tank?

Hi guys.
just want to check if surface skimmers will cause a significant increase of o2 levels in a tank?

I have just installed OF surface skimmer last night remove the oil film in my 2 ft tank.
The oil film was cleared almost within 30min at the lowest settings.

This morning I saw that my drop checker has changed from lime green to light blue.

My drop checker color has always been lime green even when the lights are off before installing a surface skimmer with CO2 injection at 3bps
any thoughts on this?

Yeah, thats what i do too... i put my surface skimmer on socket timer and only have it automatically switch on for an hour at night during lights off, it does its job and doesn't drive off too much Co2.
