The plant on the left is also not a true aquatic plant. Gotta revamp your tank soon. Most of the plants will die off within 2 months

Your CPO will likely hunt your shrimps and fishes... I used to keep a red CPO when I started out and saw it eating my oto's tail portion eaten while its was still alive...

That is Cyperus Haspen (aka dwarf papyrus)... its a pond/marginal plant that can grow both submersed and emersed. Majority of its growth is in its emersed form though, the crown of leaves you see is actually the emersed parts (the plant supplier just cut and slot into driftwood, which is one of the ways to propagate it).

It will grow long stalks up above the water surface, then grow the emersed crown of leaves high above the water. Very popular plant for ponds and water gardens.

Here is a photo of them in a water garden setting:

CPO will tunnel around your substrate and cause uproot of plants with small root. They will redecorate your tank look everyday.

You can say bye bye to your plants.
