how u checked? did u use soapy water to test all the connecting parts?
Current I just start my tank with CO2, I did saw the bubble counter have bubble it mean CO2 did release from the tank.
At the end which is connected to CO2 diffuser (glass type with ceramic layer) i didn't see any bubble (small bubble) come out, does it look normal? currently I inject 3 bubble per second for my 4ft new planted tank, does it enough? or too much?
After I adjust the CO2 bubble count with my manual regulator and after some time the bubble become a bit less (2 bubble per second), i did check n there is no leak, should I buy anything to support a stable bubble release?
Help is really appreaciate! cause I'm a newbie in planted tank. Thanks!

could be problems with your manual regulator, they don't do well with fine adjustment. You might want to check for leak like what wf7850 pointed out.
Hi Thanks for all the helpful info, I did see bubble come out from my plants after I change to use internal CO2 reactor with my canister. Maybe I was too rush to see something happen after turn on the CO2.
