    hatchet fish for me. they rarely swim down. always at top surface of tank. should be quite shrimp safe hopefully.

    If shrimp safe, clown killies would be your best bet. They will still eat shrimplets though. Otherwise you can try boraras, those are mid-upper level swimmers.
