These are not MH lights. They are just halogen lamps.

The one in the second picture - I believe there is a MATRIX lamp that looks almost exactly like the one in the picture and cost much less.

I think the first lighting on the 1st picture should be a halogen lamp. Those are tropica tanks during the last Aquarama.

For halogen lights, Ikea somehow comes to mind.

When I first checked out Arcadia's light (housing), I noticed it can be lifted up like in the pic but the cost was...

    P-L-E-C-O-R-Y=M-A-N-I-A!!! YEAH!
FLORENCE, capital of the region of Tuscany, has a population of around half a million inhabitants, spreads on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas, almost in the middle of the Italian peninsula. It is a city which bustles with industry and craft, commerce and culture, art and science.

Dude...you might wanna check out the Matrix lights. Looks and works exactly like the black flip-open light in the pic you posted. Supposedly, it is only slightly more expensive than a normal PL.

You can see the actual light at Gratiala but i'm not sure if it's for sale. Nature does have Matrix lighting too but once again, ain't sure if they have the 2ft.

Give both shops a call to find out. BTW if not mistaken, the Matrix 2ft comes only in 2 x 55W
