Hi. Just trying a shortcut here and at the same time still trying to inhale the hundreds of posting.
In today's world and fight for free knowledge (Yay for Google! Hooray for WikiPedia), is there any websites that you guys know where we can ID plants from?
I had a fun time IDing my plant yesterday. At first it looks like some kind of Myriophyllum but it turns out to be Cabomba Aquatica.
You can try tropica's website.

Most of the owners that advertise on AQ carrys them too.

Or you can post at the beginner's corner or plant talk section with pictures for fellow hobbists to ID for those tricky ones.

That would be easier. But unfortunately, I also browse other established forums (including the naughty ones) and I understand the frustration of answering to beginner's repetitive questions.
Maybe AQers are more friendly?
But I must say this is a damn addictive hobby. I am almost dying from literally 'watching grass grow'.
Sorry, but anyone know if this book is avail at any of the LFS now? Tried amazon but they only have a "used" copy that cost 150usd......
i think i saw it at Nature Aquarium... 70+
