You can stuff in some nanas, buceps, crypts or even repens in the cracks for some form of colour contrast in between rocks. The rock work does look prettyimpressive though. Nice work.

Ferts: Dry Mixture/Dr Mallicks. Temp: 26 degrees Substrate: ADA Amazonia
I've been thinking of something like this, too!! Perhaps my next tank!! I will be following this to learn from you and others who contribute!!
It is rather impressive that you managed to stack the wall so high with such stability. It would be good to have plants growing out inbetween the rocks to join it into '1 wall'.

Occasionally, I would have some trimmings to give away in exchange for a can of Milk Coffee. PM me to deal.
quite nice, I don't like the color of rock though, too striking . I think you should remove the small rock at right/top/back
going to plant more plants into the crack of the cliff to make it more natural. Any other plants to recommend to fill the spot, best is low maintenance plants.
Cannot remove the rock on the top right as it is holding the substrate behind the wall.
As for stacking of the rock to this height, is best to have a lot of different size and shape of rocks. More will be better.

With a lava rock wall, you could try the "grind moss" method... basically chop or blend the moss into bits, then rub them into the lava rock surfaces (have to do it with water level low). When they eventually grow out, you'll get a nice moss covered wall.
Advance the timer to 5:15 in this ADA gallery video and watch how the master does it:
Must have rhythm too.
Would the chopped up moss float up when water are been filled up? Or do you need to mix in some glue when rubbing the chopped up moss onto the lava rock?

I've tried that method before on lava rocks and some of the moss bits did float up, but a majority of it was still able to stay inside the pores of the lava rock (you have to push the moss bits into the pores)... after that just have to wait. Its mainly to create a decorative element that will form around other plants added to the lava rocks.
The other method is "Moss DSM" whereby the moss is also chopped or ground up, then applied to hardscape, but then you'll need to do a covered dry start method with no water in the tank for a while, which is probably not suitable at this stage.

I would think that placing the nanas at the bottom crevices would be more natural. The top you can try buceps or even the mini bolbitis (aka grape fern) Or even staurogyne. You will be surprised that they can grow without soil.

Similar to the first reply, it appeared as though it's a marine tank. That's so cool.
I'm also subscribing here to watch the progress with enjoyment.
from 14L to 8L tank.
The concept of this scape is like you are in the sea looking into the beach. And you see the sandy beach then the cliff wall and on top of the wall is grassland

Oh! I'm picturing it now.
from 14L to 8L tank.
Update on the my 2ft rock scape.
BBA overtook the scape and grow on all the rock. Engage a team of algae remover.. yamato shrimp
