Hi guys. Need some help cause my crs keeps dying off 1 by 1 and i can't figure what is causing my crs to die.
Some info on my 2ft tank:
Age: Around 3 months
Soil use: ADA soil mix with Gex shrimp soil (red)
Temp: 25 degrees celsius
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 0ppm
GH: 5
TDS : 104
ph: 6
Problem is my normal crs keeps dying off 1 everyday but my PRLs are ok(around 8 prls on the right breeder net to separate them). I didn't add anything to the tank recently as well.
Any advice will be appreciated.

You need to find out how they died
Hi, what's the testing kit u're using? Having 0 nitrates are not a good sign. Either ur kit is not reading correctly, or your tank is not cycled yet, although for two months things Shd be stable. What are your water change schedule like? The pH of your water is also a little on the acidic side. I believe shrimps need the water to be a little harder to thrive better. That said, CRS are just so sensitive, the reason they die could be just anything under the sun. Sorry for your loss.

Mohamad Rohaizal is my name. If it's too hard, use BFG. I don't mind.
If its API, do shake nitrate test kit before using. Sometimes the solution settles & gives false readings.
Not saying this is the cause, but just something to try to rule out incorrect readings.
Ok, will try to shake it before testing. Thanks for advice.
As for pH, I believe its ok to be at 6? Some sites tells me can be even lower.
Just curious, are you planning to keep the PRL in the breeding net forever?
