Aquatic Avenue just had a batch came in on Feburary 1st.
Was at Y618, 2 weeks back and was the first time I saw Killies. Immediately I bought 6! Haha was a sucker for their beauty. After a few days, I wanted to get a few more but seems they sold out there... I went to sea view, star aquarium etc but can find any...
anyone spotted any any recently at any LFS? I Bought mine like $8 per piece and the colors were amazing... I know GC has pre-order types but those just seem to expensive.
Or any bros here selling?

There where new batches at clementi just yesterday! 😊
Killifish deserve a decent price simply because they are not exactly the easiest of fish to breed. If you understand the time it takes for people to wait for the eggs to arrive, to incubate (which can take months for some species), hatch and raise the fry to adulthood you will appreciate that the price is justified. If you feel certain fish like those at Green Chapter are too expensive, the commonly available males-only at shops like C328 should suit your requirements, if you do not wish to breed them in the long term.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
I thought to keep this thread going as a LFS update for killifish seekers
coming from marine hobby, colours on killi's are really attractive to me.
so i contacted Y618 (That Aquarium) via facebook messenger and got a reply to head down on Saturday.
bought myself 3 killi's, these were the 3 types available that day.
would also like to take this chance to see if i identified them correctly

Nothing interesting, but I have 6 Norman's Lampeye that I am looking to rehome! They are bullying and outcompeting my boraras for food, plus i prefer the look of the boraras in my tank rather than the lampeyes anyway heh. If anyone is interested can contact me with a PM or something!
