Looks like a panther crab... where did you spot it? I'm also looking for these too.
Hi all, can any experts help me identify or comfirm whether or this is a Panther Crab, Parathelphusa pantherina, or something related?

Next to my finger for rough size estimate. Carapace approximately 2-3cm across.

looks cool man
Do you have more photos? Like showing the top view. It could be a ceylonthelphusa?
It does look similar to Ceylonthelphusa. I'll try to get some more photos. In the meantime, do they have any special requirements or can I continue with my half land half water setup? Thanks.
Hi lucasjiang, Here's a top view.

Here's the female

Is this a male or immature female? It's about the same size as the female.

I don't think that it is Pantherina, it is more gracile looking, also the claws on the males show greater dimorphism.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and he will drink beer while getting sunburnt.
If it's not panther crab, is the species ceylonthelphusa also fully aquatic, or does it still require dry land areas?
