Plant ID: Hong tai yang and R. waiichi

Mr Yap (colorful tropical aquarium) told me that what i bought was "Hong Tai Yang" what is its scientific name? if it isn't hong taiyang, what is it?

The other picture shows what i think should be R. Waiichi, Can anyone confirm it? thanks alot
