    I am learning planted tank by researching on the Web and came across this article in Bettafish.

    It is very simple to understand for beginners like me.

    So I thought of sharing it here.

    Wow, nice find 14litre.

    Definitely useful for me, since we are both on the same beginner boat.

    It's sometimes so hard to get a simple answer to certain super beginner questions like the difference between a stem and a rosette plant and reading through walls of text really can put some people off.

    Such a graphic chart should also be useful when I go plant hunting, since I can't identify for nuts

    Not a problem.

    I had difficulty in figuring out what type of plants too.

    After mastering this chart, i felt I am an "expert" now, went to LFS, "this is stem plant, that is....". Everything seems easier now.

    Expert is an over statement, just that I'm able to "read" those common plants now.

    Yes i get what you mean. Doesn't look that daunting now to me. Still trying to look for more "perfect" type of plants.
