for a tank for that size, the plants selection will be a restriction.. either u have to trim more often or u can get shorter plants or plants that wouldnt grow too tall...

IMO It is okay for having a 4 x 1.5 x 1.5 for a planted tank no problem, Maybe your should consider 4 2 2 if you want to keep your discus.
    Cheers!

There is a book, The Natural Aqaurium, I think that is the title, they got one biotope just for discus only. The tank size sounds good, how many you want to keep?

By the way, i think the tank available at National Lib, or else, just go with Amazon Theme lor. Got some webby's out there.

I think this tank is a standard size. A 4x2x2 will definitely cost more. And since it is deeper, more lights would be needed if you grow light-hungry plants.

Yap, I think they revise the price. Last night is still $85. Hmmm. Anyone grab it while it's still $85?

How much is it selling at LFS?
