Just bought this from C328. Aunty also don't know the name. Is this Hemianthus Glomeratus (micranthemoides) in emerged form?

It could be Rotala sp. nanjenshan in emersed form... let it grow submersed for a few weeks and see what the new growth looks like, if the leaves become thin and spiky, then its sp. nanjenshan. If not, then its another species.
Interesting to learn that plants can be so different in emersed and submerged form. Anyone know of a website that shows both for each plant species?

You can check at websites like aquaticplantcentral.com... the plant listings usually have photos of submersed and emersed forms (if they can be grown emersed, the reference points for the photos are at the bottom of each plant listing)... here is an example:
