Aiyoh! These are the cheapy guppies. Some are 80 cents others are 3 for S$1. Nobody will be interested in them. Besides, I was told that these guppies are not nice as they don't confirm to competition standards.

Benny, your pics make the everyday guppies look like champs.
    P-L-E-C-O-R-Y=M-A-N-I-A!!! YEAH!
FLORENCE, capital of the region of Tuscany, has a population of around half a million inhabitants, spreads on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas, almost in the middle of the Italian peninsula. It is a city which bustles with industry and craft, commerce and culture, art and science.

not genus, they are all just one species.

ps: no need to add "var.", just Poecilia reticulata is proper enough.

Maybe I'll get a girl one later. Not so colorful so I thought I'll skip it.

Anyway, I was looking at the books and they all have the var. So I added it. I thought these strains are all variants of the original longkang species and hence the variante designation.

    Cheers,

p.s. the third one only 30 cents. Was just beside the place we had dinner just now.

    Hi janazr,

Yes, all the fishes above is taken with a digital SLR. Makes a the job a lot easier when you have full control of the camera.
