the leaves of yours didn't look just as fine .
btw what's the dimension of the tank , maybe the photo it looks much spacious than 19l

My 19L tank with full mini hairgrass. Hope to achieve full hairgrass carpet.
Spend 2 hour to sort the hairgrass and plant it. Flood it on the same day too.
GEX 19L 1.5FT low profile tank, Shiruba X303 canister, beamwork LED, CO2 1bps.

The pic is before flood the tank. I got it at pasir ris farmway, aquarium iwarna . Have to go their pond and pick myself haha. They have a lot of plant too.
My hairgrass projects never get as dense as those shown in this forum, hope yours will turn out well!

Added in livestock, water parameter is good. Because i use back my old filter sponge and bio media. Hopefully to see carpet ! Patience !

Flourish = 1ml
Excel = 1ml
Lightning period 8 hours, 1-2bps CO2, Weekly 20% water change with Prime.
Currently using seachem Fourish. But it is running out soon. Might change to Tropica Plant Growth Premium Fertilizer.
Neat setup. Colorful choice of faunas.

A bit update on my mini hair grass tank. It is 16 days. Can see the hair grass is growing well. Have a bit BBA issue, but it is minor.
Added some livestock,
1) German and electric blue ram (A big aggressive but sill ok - Free adoption from AQ bro here)
2) Dwarf gourami (Please help to ID the which type)
3) Added more chocolate gourami
Your tank looks ready for an iwagumi aquascape...hahaha.
Nice hairgrass growth.
