I have no experience with lushgro aqua nor micros so I won't comment much on that except that I do not like things bundle into one as well.
You can wait for folks like Geoffrey or Juggler to comment on that or consider using products like KNO3, KH2PO4 (lushgro aqua does not have this) and retaining the lushgro micros.
Routine when using KNO3, KH2PO4 and lushgro micros.
1)Prune and preen the tank well..remove algae
2)Clean filter if needed
3)50% water changes weekly
4)1 1/2 teaspoon of KNO3 2x a week
5)1/4 teaspoon of KH2PO4 2x a week
6)25ml of micros 2x a week
7)Check the CO2 again...make sure it is in range for the entire photoperiod for the entire week. (Everything depends on this to work out...nothing will work well if this is not fixed and well taken care of.)
Your tank if pretty big and might have mixing issues for CO2 and nutrients if you did not address the circulation issue. Try testing the pH at different parts of the tank. Do you get differencies in pH? Test again later at mid-way of the day and see if you get any difference. If things are fine and you are doing the routine as mentioned but still get issues, consider adding more CO2 then. Add more slowly and wait for response for the week. Eyeball the critters carefully as you do this..if not you can kill your critters.

Do you have base fertiliser? Noticed they do very well in rich base. I even have lots of plantlets (bulbs) growing from the main bulb. However, I am not as fortunate to have it flower. Look at Plantbie's Crinum with flower here.
Could be the recent hot weather. I also had this plant 2 years ago and it was growing well. Until the hot weather came, tank temp hit 31c and it just withered away.
