Looks like the older emersed leaves melting away, new healthy submersed growth should eventually grow out and replace them.
Just trim and remove the melting leaves, reduce the amount of rotting matter in the tank.
My tank's (35x20x15) is about 5 weeks old. Planted the Staurogyne Repens about 1 and half weeks back. Can someone look at the photos and help tell me whether is this transition melting? Or is this rotting/diseased/fungus, etc? Don't think it's malnutrition, because the eriocaulon and MC are growing fine.
Should I let them be, or pull them out in case the disease spreads??
Co2 = 1bps (lime green checker)

Will do just that!
Thanks UA! You're very helpful and such an asset to the forum :-)
Well it might be because of high amonia caused by new ADA substrate.
Frequent water changes might help.
I faced the same problem with my ludwiga repens.
Yep, frequent water changes does help.
