Identify plants

Hi. I need help with identifying two plants that came with the shrimp. What are they?

The picture with Neon Tetra has the plant that floats but has recently start tethering to the bottom plant. The seller told me it is some moss type, it grows easily in my low tech tank.

The pic with shrimp has German Moss as I was told but I am not sure after googling, the only German Moss I find online is Kate Moss. 😆

The first photo with the shrimps should be subwassertang (looks like freshwater seaweed), the second photo looks like maybe stringy moss (based on what i've seen retailed at various LFS).
