Hey guys can someone help me id this plant i got from c328? Can it grow submerged? Thanks!

It's dwarf papyrus or Cyperus Haspan. Very easy plant, can grow submerged but over time it will grow out of water. No CO2 needed.

Yeah, its a pond/marginal plant.... it will grow long stalks to the water surface and then sprout the crown of leaves above water (what you seen on the wood at the moment are the cut emersed crown of leaves from an older plant).
