    Hi, Im new to this forum. i have a 1 ft tank in my room right now and i have a little fish looking for an adopter to give it a bigger home. it seems to be out-growing my tank and i want it to have a bigger space but i cant get a bigger tank at this moment. please leave a msg if you are keen to adopt this adorable little fellow.

    Hi aza, i guess it's falls under catfish category? im not entirely sure as i also adopted this fellow from my friend a couple months back... i guess its Synodontis Eupterus Catfish as what i googled.

    Very nice looking feather fin catfish. It's quite territorial and can live very long like 20 years. I like a big tank with all catfish in there, but unfortunately I do not have space any more

    Thanks Guppendler, It nearly passed away when i first adopted it. I just picked up this hobby then and i didnt cycle the tank before i put it in. Fortunately i manage to nurse it back to health. I wonder its a she or a he though, but it got a huge appetite, eating all the food i throw into the tank!!!

    Yes most catfish appetite are voracious. If there is a tank full of catfish, feeding time can be quite a spectacle. The female is supposed to be plumper, not really easy to sex. Male should have a pointed protrusion but may not be obvious in non matured individual.
