Was told the above guarantee to bring out the red in plants and no issue with algae growth? Anyone using and care to share comments/feedback? Doesn't seem to indicate bottle content. If same as typical iron products, then seems very expensive! Currently using Seachem iron and red plant colour fading even with replacement of new light tubes. Only dosing once a week based on recommended dosage by Seachem as worry with algae bloom. Thanks.

I believe ECA will help but look into the lights , does the light has adequate penetration? The red will come with good level of lights, CO2, macro nutrients , followed by Iron. Red plants will always turn red if we give them enough. Example: a tank with Aqua Soil, strong lights, CO2, and proper dosage.

Thanks Colin. Am using T5 4 tubes 6500k, dosing macro (except nitrogen given tank has enough livestock) and micro (Seachem flourish, iron) according to recommended dosages. CO2 as well.

Was recommended by lfs to use eca for red plants but it also requires good lighting to compliment each other.
Lighting is very important for red plants.
