First photo looks like rotala rotundifolia (perhaps the sp. "green" version).... second photo is nymphaea lotus (maybe the zenkeri 'green' version).
Both of those plants are very different in growth pattern, size and height compared to monte carlo.

Yes, AQMS is correct, the first photo looks like elatine triandra too.

If its elatine triandra, under optimal light and ample Co2 conditions it will usually stay low and creep along the substrate... though if there is insufficient light, it could also grow taller vertically to search for light, in which case you will need to trim it regularly to maintain shorter growth.
