Hi,
I have bought a few plants over the months for my Betta tanks. Sadly, my Bettas perished one by one and now I'm left with just one Betta and a number of plants (java ferns, java moss and anubias).
Due to my heavy schedule, I recently noticed that my the growth of my Java Moss seem abit weird. They started to turn brown and theres not much "leaves" on the stems.
Can someone help? What is wrong? Lack of CO2? Nutrients? I don't add anything (fertilisers/soil/Co2).

Sunlight, my room window faces the north thus all round sunlight from dawn to dusk.
No filter
No LED light
No chemical/fertiliser added
No CO2
With the available info from here, since it is not planted in soil with nutrients, and no dosing of nutrients, it maybe lacking of nutrients.

Did u add any anti chloramine?
It's very hard to kill java moss, but because you are not adding anything, it could be lacking anything... High chance is lack of K since the betta waste would produce some nutrient if your tank is cycled.
On another note, were you keeping few of those siamese betta together in that small tank? They would likely kill each other, these species of betta are not meant to be kept in group.
Nope, nothing added.
I read around. Yes might be, will be heading down C328 to get something with potassium for the plants thanks!
For my betta, I only keep the females together. Separated the males in different tank.
