    If you are referring to those green leaved stem plants in the foreground... yes, you can trim them and replant them in the substrate, they will root in and continue growing. That's how you propagate stem plants to cover areas of the tank.

    thanks all. i referring to the foreground plants. trying to make it move horizontal rather than upwards.
