Can vampire crabs and hermit crabs be kept together?

It will be my first time trying crabs. Please advice thank you

I am looking for small colourful crabs that can be easily bred in captivity and possibly co exist with hermit crabs

Are there such creatures?

Vampire crabs are pure freshwater critters, unlike hermits who range from brackish to saltwater. If truly wanting to keep crabs and hermits, go for fiddler crabs as they are mangrove species(just like hermit crabs). Do some research online on the space and managment needed to keep a brackish water tank, as is required for hermits.
