The longest leaves one.... They grew long pretty fast. What are they called?

There is a curly variant beside it which is growing at a slower rate. Nice to mix them together

For those type of plants, just trim the leaves at their base and remove them.

My tiger lily are growing at an amazing rate in my 3ft tank. I have trim the stem of the big leaves, I noticed they are now growing runners and babys are popping left and right. Should I pull the whole thing out now before they grow? Scare that my tank would be too small for so much of them.... What is your opinion?

The new leaves on java ferns basically look like miniature versions of the adult leaves, and they also grow baby plantlets at the undersides and tips of the adult leaves (which can be detached and re-tied to other objects)... though i notice at the base of your plant there seems to be riccia growing out?

When you trim the leaves, trim off the entire stem of the leaf at its base, don't just trim the leaf itself and let the stem remain (like in your photo) as the empty stem will just die off and rot away over time.

Those lily plants can grow very large if there is ample light and nutrients, so if you want to preserve the scale perspective of your tank, it might be a good idea to shift it to a larger tank. Alternatively, if you control the tank environment so that its only supplied with low light and little nutrients, it could grow slower with smaller leaves, so thats one way to restrict their growth speed and size.

I see the characteristic light green y-shaped fronds... so figured it could be riccia. They do sometimes hitchhike in with other plants.

Thanks! I really wonder how I get that in my tank. I noticed ricca can grow quite well with only a segment of it and if it lands in the right place

Yeah, all you need is one tiny bit of riccia to float around or get stuck on something and it will start to grow... that's why people sometimes find it abit of a pest due to its tenacity and fast growth.
