    Most likely is calcium carbonate/bicarbonate deposits, which pose no harm to fish or plants. How long has your canister been running?

    Eheim 2215 being running for 2 months or so. Will it go away or I have to flush them out.

    Those will go away eventually and the hoses will get coated with mulm and algae anyways, so no need to be concerned about it.
