hmm... not to familiar with this.. is it a phone camera?

Lighting seems rather uneven, with some parts over exposed and others totally in the shadows.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

yes. pda/phone with a camera... it works fine in broad daylight. i decided to try it out on my relatively low light (36w) tank (err i was bored!).... does the low light exxagerate the camera shake you think?

or should i just stick to my canon a80...

I think there isn't a metering system, so the camera can't adjust the exposure like normal cameras do

I think you should stick to your A80
