Effects of Twinstar Yotta+ on my fish health

Hi Guys,

I just bought a Twinstar Yotta+ just 3 weeks ago and had been using it 24/7 till now. I can really see the significant increase of vigor and colour in my Rasboras. Heard alot of bad review on twinstar but got to try then know. Will update with pics again hopefully tomorrow as it's lights out for them now.

It really works hahahaha.

some shared that it doesn't really work when the tank temp is ~29C. do you use any chiller in the tank?

Nope. Using a fan and my temp is within 26 to 27deg cel.

also, george farmer mentioned in his facebook page that he's getting calcium deposit on the twinstar after 6 months. probably something that you want to monitor as time goes by.

Just clear it with citric acid. Just like how you maintain your hot pot with the mineral deposits depositing inside.

What mameshrimps bought was Twinstar Yotta+ which is targeted at preventing disease in Fish. The one that I had commented before not seeing much improvement was the other series (Nano and M) aimed at preventing algae. As long as it works just keep using.

The plate can only be used for 1 year you need to replace the plate yearly (At least for the anti algae series for the preventing disease in Fish series I am not sure) .
