Perhaps you could look at wrapping the tub with some artificial grass?

Hi everyone, I currently one of those big blue tubs, the largest size sold in neighbourhood LFS, sitting in my living room. It is used to house 1 RES.
The tub sticks out like a sore thumb and I wonder if anyone has ideas to make it look better. I've seen some of those custom-made with wood or stone edgings but it does not look easy to be done; I'm afraid if I DIY it might look tacky, also I've seen stone slabs sold at nurseries but they are really heavy.
Any ideas?

ohhh I had forgotten about that. Any new updates to your blog?
And where do you buy that grass? I did remember seeing some turf at Far East Flora but I recall it was pretty pricey.
Yeah, there are various grades of those artificial grass carpets... i just choose the cheapest grade one, around $10+ for a square meter size. Was enough material to cut into a few panels and glue to the sides and corners of the tub.
Btw, i bought my artificial grass carpet from Island Landscape (at the thomson area too)... not sure if they still have stock of those though.
Any update on your tub? I may like to set up one later.
Ivan, Daiso is selling those small sized picket fence, maybe you want to take a look at it. It is used to cover those flower/plant pot found commonly on hdb walkway.
