Hi
I have set up a new tank 2 weeks ago with ans shrimp soil, Did a water test weekly the result for the 2nd test is ammonia at 4ppm no2 no3 at 0.
Did my tank Cycling stops or did it even kick start the Cycling ?
And is there any case that if Cycling will not start ?

So meaning my tank has not starts its cycle should u wait for a longer time and monitor or should I restart my tank ?
Just wait... 2 weeks is still early days, the cycle will progress on its own as time goes by. Note that the cycling process doesn't necessarily follow a standard step by step timeline, it can differ alot between tank setups. Expect the various parameters to fluctuate alot before eventually stabilising.
Just to share a picture of my tank
