Haven't you been watching news on tv or busy shooting butterflies again? Its some sort of advertisement for transport system if my memory serves me right.

Something to do with those tails appearing on the backs of some buses and taxis.
    P-L-E-C-O-R-Y=M-A-N-I-A!!! YEAH!
FLORENCE, capital of the region of Tuscany, has a population of around half a million inhabitants, spreads on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas, almost in the middle of the Italian peninsula. It is a city which bustles with industry and craft, commerce and culture, art and science.

It's a massive failed publicity campaign (unless they have another phase that reveals the company)... everybody has seen the tails and cows... but few ppl know what it's about.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Oh yah... it's a publicity campaign for the advertising arm of one of the transport companies.

I thought it's advertising a brand of milk called MOOVE.

    But apparently it's this:

1000 cutouts of cows in bright pink, orange, blue and green have sprung up overnight along expressways, Orchard Road and Elsewhere. The cows are part of a compaign to launch Comfort-DelGro's advertising arm, Moove Media. These are the second phase of the advertising blitz, the first was the tails on the buses.
Another quality, non aquatic-related post from mrs budak!

Ah so they are linked - the taxis' & buses' tails & those cut out cows.
They are along Marymount Rd too. On either side of the road near Shunfu.

Funny how only Comfort-Delgro can get permits to 'decorate' the roadsides.
I would imagine it would be impossible for other creative companies to get such a permit?

haha, then it must be really quite a failed publicity campaign.

errr... i dun think so..... although not many know the actual purpose why the cows were there (and also why the tails were hanging on the back of buses and cabs), it has however attracted the attention and curiousity of all who had seen them. doesn't this show that the campaign had reached it's intended purpose in the first place? just my 1.5cts comments

It's works, the fact that it gets the attention and you guys talking about it, it's what we call teaser ads in the industry, haven't seen these for some time... The product will be reveal eventually I kinda like the cows on open ground and along the expressway, hope they will keep them there for awhile.

The worst and yet reasonably succesful teaser ad in my opinion has to be that of APB's What Time Is it?

Though it rings in our head still its not because it was working but rather it was replayed ad nauseum. Either way, it served its purpose to get it in our heads, but the issue if it was beneficial to the product is another story.
