one oto not schooling with the rest

recently i got 4 otos from lfs. realised that one oto is not schooling with the rest. this oto closes its back fin when its resting while the others dont. could someone tell me whats wrong?

Otos are generally not a schooling species so I would say it's normal actually as long as they are eating and have a tummy they are good
