Try doing a 3-5 day blackout, it's pretty effective for me. Or you can increase current flow in your tank to make sure that the tank is well circulated and there are no dead spots in you tank.

You can try doing massive water changes and then dosing Seachem Flourish Excel overdose. If you have Co2 cut it and do a blackout if you don't have high-value plants in your aquarium.

Hydrogen peroxide is your best bet. I had a similar experience. Now, it is under control. Get it from pharmacy.
