Hi while I have not experienced this yet as my dragon betta is still young, I just wanna enquire before this problem happens.

Dragon bettas are known for their scales covering their eye when it grows, wanna know is there any measures to prevent this? If not is there a cure to this problem so far?

No there is no cure for this. It is a trait relatively common among dragon betta. Normally, this happens when the betta matures. Breeders usually select the ones without the diamond eye, as what hobbyists usually call it or alternatively, breed them with either males or females without a thick dragon scaling.
