Does my glosso has nutrient deficiency?

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me to identify what is wrong with my glosso?

Specs of my tank:
*5-6L tank (30cm length).
*No CO2.
*Lighting with aqua-up pro z-series (10watt) 7-8hrs day.
*Seachem Excel - few droplets every 2 days.
*Microbe Lift Fertilizer (ML/AIO) - few droplets every week.

It used to be forming a thick carpet and have very green leaves. After i come back from holiday, arnd 2 weeks ago, the leaves suddenly become small (with some have holes) and not as thick as last time.

Thanks dude, I will probably do massive water change and dose fertiliser. Hopefully everything is back to normal.
