    Hello all,

I recently bought 10 Angelfish from an LFS and there had been a pair that has bred twice already. However, this time they began fighting after they laid. their eggs. The poor female has been revved quite badly and her dorsal fin is split and badly mangled. Before they began fighting, there were some loaches that were "invading" their breeding spot
However they were repelled. There are also 2 other pairs breeding at the same time, and there are many other fishes showing similar symptoms like White spot and fin rot. However this is the worst case of fin rot I have seen on the female.

Is there anything I can do now? I pit a divider to divide the tank to separate the pair however there also seems to be a lot of stress. Should I remove the female and let the male be the sole caretaker of the eggs? However will there be other consequences? Thanks so much in advance!

    Cheers,
    Happydanio

The two pictures refer to the female in the foreground.
