What plants did you add?
My S. Repens was growing well, lush and very green in color for many many months.
Just less than a month ago, I noticed some leaves are turning yellow. I thought maybe it had grown too dense, so I trimmed away all the not so healthy part an let it grow again, which I had done a few times previously.
However, today I noticed some of the remaining leaves are turning yellow too...
I never do any changes to my dosing routine, except I have more plants than before.
Can any experts advise what is the Nutrient that is likely lacking? So I probably can try to dose slightly more of that.
Thanks in advance

Looks more like potassium deficiency to me. By the way, have you up the fert dosage after you added in more plant?
Also, do share your water parameter if possible.
DAY 1
K - 4.2ppm (KSO4)
PO4 - 0.5ppm (KH2PO4) - dose separately to prevent mix with FE
FE - 0.05ppm (FE 10%D)
DAY 2
K - 1.75ppm (Lushgro 5% KNO3)
NO3 - 2.0ppm (Lushgro 5% KNO3)
PO4 - 1.0ppm (KH2PO4) - dose separately to prevent mix with FE
FE - 0.04 + Micro Nutirent (Lushgro Micro)
Repeat the above + WC every 7 days

Wow... Can see you are a hardworking guy.
I was wondering if you have added more fert after you increase the plant mass. If not, this could be the cause of the problem and your s.repens may outcompete by other plant on the nutrient uptake.
Also, since you only encounter the problem recently, maybe the nutrient from amazonia soil (i presume) could have used up.
So, I think you try to add more K during your dose routine to see if that can help.
Looks exactly like my S.repens when I somehow accidentally underdosed my K for a week.
In my experience, getting the right dose of K would only ensure that the new leaves are healthy, but the already yellow leaves are pretty much done for :/

Mine got better after increasing K by slightly
Those old leaves just have to trim away
