one option is to get a supplier with an one on one switch option. NA aquarium is one of them. Then you won't face this issue of waiting for a few days.
hi guys..
how do you manage the tank when you send the co2 cylinder for a refill? earlier I had a spare cylinder to switch but now connected my spare cylinder to another tank. both occupied and the other one is going to finish soon.
is buying another cylinder the only option? It takes 3-4 days to get back the cylinder after refill
my tank is 5ft and densly planted, excel would be an expensive option I think... any ideas?

You can try bioplast at Boon Keng too. They top up the co2 cylinder on the spot.
I don't mind going 1-to-1 exchange CO2 cylinder for quick replacing option. I went to NA and brought the refilled cylinder back in total an hour.Of course, if you'd prefer to keep your own shiny CO2 tank, go to Bioplast for refill should be better.

Thanks all, I will try bioplast if they can refill that quick. If one to one exchange, is there a possibility to get our cylinder back? My cylinder lasts me more than 6months. Or lfs allows us to use their tank for those few days?

I spoke to roger of fishy business recently. He seems open to the idea of loaning a cylinder while refilling. Perhaps you can try to ask.
