    Any of you hobbyist have a planted shrimp tank and fertilize your tank? If so what fertilizers do you use and in what quantities and sort of regime?

    Hi, it is possible. I am keeping CRS In my planted, and managed to breed them slowly. So it is possible. You can refer to my post "My first planted tank".

    I'm not using EI btw, I dosing very light and I dose daily. The amount of fertilizer I dose is share in the my post, you can take reference from there. I tried a few attempts to increase the dosage slightly or increase the CO2 slightly, but always result in casualty, so I'm staying with that formula...

    Another thing I have is the chiller, my temperature is between 25.0-26.0 degreeC.

    If you are planning to keep Cherry or Sakura, I think it will be easier as they are less sensitive than CRS.

    From what i see. Must balance my self also... haha... I currently keep sakura and amano... Planning to add CRS soon. Waiting for chiller.
