I'm curious, what's the carpet plant in the photos?

Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

If the carpet plant in the photos stay that short and small leaved, that's not H. polysperma.

It's starting to have long leaves actually. I'll post a picture later when I get home. It needs trimming now coz i had no idea that it becomes so thick. Learned it the hard way. Hehehe!

Here are the matured long leaves.

This is how thick it is now.

Trimming is kinda difficult for me coz every stroke of the scissors, it pulls it up. So I think it would be better to let it grow a bit more then try to trim it again.

That is definitely not H. Polysperma. Just a thick carpet. Resembles Elatine triandra, aka Ah Pek Plant, but I don't think it is that.

For lawns, use the curved scissors. Makes a whole world of difference when "mowing" lawns.
