    The other drift wood is tie with moss now will only slot in when I purchase the rest of plants

    Any idea how many pots of hair grass should I buy to cover the right side of tank ? And how many pots of MC on the left ?

    Nice set up!

    Assuming u are going for tc, the right will require about 3-4 depending on how u gonna spread.

    And for the left it should be about the same as the right unless u do not want it to be planted underneath the dw and inlet, then u can have 1-2 pot lesser.

    may be better to think about if you're going heavy planted Eg. Dutch style or doing Wild scape with crypts ferns etc. that will help dictate what kind of hardscape you may want to set up.

    to your questions, I think one pot of MC and two pots HG will work. MC you may need to be more hardworking to split each plantlet and let them spread. I find HG abit too tough to do that.
