Can we use LED light here in SG with AC/DC Adapter Input: AC180 - 240V (50-60 Hz), Output: DC26 - 45V 480mA?

Which plant LED are you talking about? What is it's rating and so on. I think it really depand.

From the power rating it is a 12W to 24W supply, which is pretty standard for lamp. Should be safe as long you use the lamp as intended.
