Co2 and light running time

I have a 4ft planted tank and was wondering how long to run the co2 and light. Anyone can help?

If it's new setup tank, you could start from 6-7hrs, once cycled you could push till 8-10 hrs

Both light and co2 timing? Then how many hour must I on co2 first before the light on

Normally folks start 1 hr co2 earlier before the light on, and co2 off 1 hr before light off. But this is not must, you could observe and adjust according to your need
